The first cell phone arts festival, the Out of Hand International Festival (www.outofhandfestival.com), is making a call for submissions! Got something you, or a friend, have been working on made for mobile? Then get your work out there and register! We accept all mobile apps, games, movies, and images so long as it's formatted for play on mobile devices (cellphones, smart phones, blackberries, iphones, or any other pocket-sized hardware out there) and created by a registered student (more details on our submissions guidelines page).

And as if bragging rights wouldn't be enough, we're also offering a plethora of prizes made up of cash and software for top submissions. First place has a chance to take home $5k, and everyone has a chance to win free Adobe CS4 just by registering on the site (only requirement necessary to register is a love for cell phone art). Last call for entries is June 30th, so work out those last minute bugs, make those final edits, and apply those little touch-ups that are eating away at you from the back of your mind; we can't wait to see your work!
